OK. We have heard the injuries and we have heard the whining coming from Giants nation about how this team is ALWAYS hurt.

So what are we going to do about it you ask?

EAT OF COURSE!

I often get requests from friends who don't tailgate with us to see our menu. In case you guys don't know, this will be our 8th season tailgating as a group. In 1999 my good friend Michael called me up and asked me if I would like to come to a Giants game with him as his brother was going back to school and could no longer attend games. We sat and ate deli sandwiches in the parking lot with Danny and his father, Jerry and his father Henry, who has been a Giants season ticket holder since 1936 at the Polo Grounds and a tradition began.

Since then, our tailgate has expanded a tad to say the least. We sport 20 "regulars" each week and have developed a true gourmet menu that has become the envy of tailgate parties everywhere. We have roasted pigs, BBQ'd snakes (it tastes like chicken) and are visited annually by The Commissioner of tailgating, Joe Cahn (www.tailgating.com) who also features some "6F" recipes on his site (http://tailgating.com/Recipes/yurgers.htm).
